Warranty and Lifetime Warranty

Warranty requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and registering products guarantees your lifetime warranty. You can do that by filling out the form here. Details about your lifetime warranty:

  • All Flybikes products are warrantied from defects in workmanship for a period of two years.
  • Flybikes Lifetime Warranted products are warrantied from defects in workmanship for life.
  • Flybikes will replace lifetime warranted products at no additional cost if it bends, cracks or breaks under normal riding conditions. Normal riding conditions are defined as “Using the bicycle within your own capabilities.”
  • This warranty does not include damage to the product that is caused by external forces such as automobiles, weather disasters, hammer blows, etc.
  • This warranty does not cover damages such as dented or bent tubes, damaged bearings, stripped threads, normal wear or anything other than defects in manufacturers’ workmanship.
  • This warranty does not cover the damages in consumable products that will ineludibly erode and spoil with the pass of time (tires, Tractor chain, etc.), unless the damage is related to a manufacturing problem.
  • Flybikes also reserves the right to exchange a damaged product with an alternate model that is believed to be a more suitable replacement.
  • The finish of this product is not covered by this warranty, like raw frames and parts.
  • Modifying this product in a questionable manner will void the warranty. Modifications must be approved by Flybikes and performed by a professional bicycle mechanic.
  • Breakages in complete bikes parts won’t be warrantied unless it is due to a manufacturing problem. Aftermarket products are aimed to a more professional riding, that’s why they are more widely covered by their warranty.


The procedure to be followed to study the warranty granting is the following: 


First of all, we ask for all the audiovisual material needed to appreciate the problem described so our technical department can study the case. 

In case that it’s not possible to deduct from it which is the problem, the customer has to send to us the product and here we can take a deeper look at it.

Then, if the problem is a manufacturing defect, we warranty the product and pay for the shipping costs of bringing it here and sending it back to the customer. 


Note 1: In case that the manufacturing problem is deducted from the videos or pictures; the customer will have to send to us the damaged product or send proofs that he/she has destroyed it, so no one can use it anymore and we will send you a new product. 

Note 2: In case you have bought our product in one of our dealers shop, please send to them the information (name, receipt, pictures) and ask them to contact us about the issue.
