If the product that you purchased is not the right item in relation to your original order, defective or damaged, we accept returns for exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. Providing the product is new and unused, including all the parts, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt to the shipping address below and the product will be replaced. In case of unavailability, a voucher will be generated without expiration to use on your next purchase. Shipping costs and duties on returns must be paid and handled by the customer.
