Sustainability is possible

Since the beginning of Flybikes, we’ve been very conscientious about the impact we have on our planet. We always taken a methodic approach towards the details that lend to lowering our carbon foot print. For this reason, we’ve opted out of making chrome parts or using techniques that require the use of heavy toxic chemicals. We’ve reduced the plastic waste in our warehouse and in all of our product packaging. Today, we have achieved a reduction of about 70%, but there is still a long way to go.

As with all the products we produce for BMX, we’re going to take one step further in improving our product range by aiming for an even more sustainable practice, respecting the environment and fair-trade organizations. We’re excited to bring you the New Flybikes Apparel line, featuring 100% Organic cotton for T-shirts and 85% Organic cotton with 15% Recycled polyester for sweatshirts.

In addition, all Flybikes garments are certified by: GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standards), Confidence in textiles and Fair Wear Foundation.
