FRAME & PARTS:

- One year warranty against breaks. Flybikes will replace any product that develops a break within a year of purchase at no charge.
- 30 days manufacturer defect warranty. If any product have a manufacturer defect, let us know within 30 days of purchase and we’ll replace it at no charge.

COMPLETE BIKES:

- One year warranty against manufacturer defect of frames, forks & bars.
- 90 days manufacturer defect on parts. If any product have a manufacturer defect, let us know within 90 days of purchase and we’ll replace it at no charge.

ALL PRODUCTS CONDITIONS:

- This warranty doesn’t apply to softgoods, plastic or rubber products (grips, seats, tires).
- This warranty will not be effective if the product is damaged due to wrong use, damaged in purpose or not riding. Wrong use could be caused by way too harsh riding like broken pedal bodies, broken hub flanges, etc. Flybikes will inspect each warranty case to confirm replacement.
- This warranty do not cover damages like dent tubes, bent stuff, damaged bearings and stripped threads. No matter how good the product is, those damages can happen with a very hard use.
- This warranty do not cover already warranted products. Our products are designed, manufactured and tested to not break under normal riding circumstances. We understand that one break can appear on normal riding circumstances but not twice.
- This warranty only covers the original purchaser.
- If something happens on your part under the conditions above, you have to bring or send the product and original receipt to the shop were you purchased it. Purchase receipt must contain at least product detail, shop name and date of purchase.

As soon as the shop receive the product, they will get in touch with our local distributor to get the replacement part for you as soon as possible.

NOTE: a manufacturer defect is any problem with a product that haven’t been produced properly like gaps in welds, crooked weldings, missing threads, crocked brake mounts, CNC failures, etc...

Would Flybikes sponsor me?

Flybikes normally seeks out new riders through the team or our extended family.  Each one of the main riders travels year round and keeps a watchful eye on the young up and coming. Keep shredding and maybe it will happen someday. Most of our new team riders were kids that dreamt to be a Flybikes rider someday and it happened !

Why you don’t make chrome plated parts (frames, forks, bars & cranks)?

Chrome plating is one of the most aggressive procedures to the environment. The waste produced is highly toxic and stays this way for years. Workers have a very high risk of contracting several diseases and major health problems.
We are very concerned about the environment so we see it has unmoral to produce such items, specially when there is not need of them in BMX. Besides, chrome parts are more expensive and heavier.
Note: our aluminum color parts are not chrome but high polished.

Would you sponsor my jam/event?

Unfortunately, we are sorry to inform you that we are unable to sponsor your event.  We receive hundreds of emails all year round asking for our support and it's just not possible to support them all. It would not be fair to support one and not all of them. To make it fair we only sponsor the events that our riders, our workers or our family team puts on or is directly involved with.

What tools do I need to assemble your products?

We always try to reduce the amount of tools that you need to work on your bike and we have managed to reduce them to a very few! With this list, you are set!:
8mm. allen: cranks spindle bolt, hub
6mm. allen: stems, seat clamp, pedals, crank sprocket bolt
5mm. allen: lever, brake bolts, brake pads, tripod post
4mm. allen: brake spring plates, chain tensioner, anti-roll peg bolts
2.5mm. allen: brake hanger, EBS mounts, RGT
17mm. socket: pegs (you can also use 8mm. allen)
Spoke wrench: spokes
Cable cutter: brake cables
Pump

I can´t find some of your products. What should I do?

First, ask your local shop for them. If they tell you that they can´t or don´t want to carry them, send us an email and we´ll tell you where to find them.
